If you take a look at our earlier blog entries, you will find the entry about How Dogs REALLY Show Affection. It has been proven that dogs give kisses and love by YAWNING! Of course, you can teach a dog to lick your face and they even learn to do it when appropriate however that is not "their way" to show you how they care! If your dog wants to kiss you, your dog does a "look away" yawn--slightly turning their face to the side and then back to you while yawning. Check out the boxer and baby in this video!
